I found this set of hand made doll house furniture in Holland about 10 years ago. The lady from whom I acquired the set said that it had belonged to her mother as a little girl. This would date the set to the late 1930s. I'm not sure what scale the pieces would be, but extrapolating the measurements to full size gives an approximate scale about 1:12. Here are the dimensions of the pieces so you may draw your own conclusions: the height of the chair seat is 1 1/4" (32mm) and the height of the back is 2 3/4" (70mm). The settee is 4 1/4" long (104mm) and 2 3/4" (70mm) high at the back.
The pieces are very well crafted and are in pristine original condition. It is interesting to note that on the underside of the settee one can see the the markings of a Havana cigar box - the wood from which the pieces were crafted.
