PUT WHATEVER YOU LIKE in the center cup and then slip the chicken (a 3-4 pound fryer) over the cup. Rub a bit of olive oil and seasoning on the skin and bake uncovered for about 1.5 hours at 350 degrees F. Set on the table and carve off the most moist, succulent chicken you've ever had...with just a hint of the flavoring of the liquid you poured in that cup.

As with all of our pieces, each is handmade and may vary slightly, but that is the fun in handmade! All of our pieces are food safe glazes. You can put our pieces in the microwave, dishwasher, and the oven.
Keep this off the grill. The direct heat could crack the piece.
