Handmade sculpture of the 4 Watchtower Guardians of the Magic Circle. The Four Winds, or Airts - an old Gaelic term for the four points of the compass; North, South, East & West.
Throughout world history the four directions have been represented by the four winds. The Airts receive correspondence from the prevailing winds of any given region. There is more information about each side of the statue below the "details" if you are interested.

☀ The Watchtower Sculpture is the perfect size and can be displayed indoors or outdoors. It measures approximately 8" Tall by 6" Wide
☀ Handcrafted with my own special blend of cement & strengthening components resulting in a very strong, durable all weather material
☀ Painted with special paints made specifically for outdoor statues
☀ Waterproofed with cement sealer & sprayed with several coats of a special outdoor UV-Resistant clear acrylic

I am by no means an expert on this subject - but I did do some extensive research so I could bring you the following information:
Each side of the statue represents a different direction and has traditional colors and associating elemental attributes.
NORTH = The Only Male Guardian
Element = Earth
Represents integration, wisdom, and understanding, night, winter, old age, the Crone, and the Sorcerer
SOUTH = Female Guardian w/ Butterfly Designs
Element = Fire
Represents action, physical manifestation,creating, and doing, noon, summer, adulthood, the Mother, and the Sun King
EAST = Female Guardian w/ Celtic Designs
Element = Air
Represents beginnings, new things, thought, ideas, and conceptions,dawn, spring, youth, the Maiden Goddess, and The Young God
WEST = Female Guardian w/ Leaf Designs
Element = Water
Represents emotion and reaction, dusk, fall harvest, parenthood, the Queen, and the Judge

This is my busiest time of year :) My statues are not mass produced, they are made when ordered which is why my listings and confirmation emails explain all shipping time frames are approximately 35-45 "business days" from date of payment received. (Business days do not include weekends or Holidays)
Many of my customers print a copy of the statue they ordered and include the item photo with a greeting card if the item is intended as a gift. This works very well because you still have something to give the recipient and you can tell them you are having a statue hand made especially for them.
