I have paired a reclaimed/recycled silver charm (~3/4 inches long) based on the shape of the dopamine molecule with a sterling silver rectangular charm (.5 inches long) that has the word "love." They hang together on a 16 or 18 inch sterling silver chain that closes with a lobster clasp. It is all sterling silver and comes in a gift box with an informative tag about dopamine.
