Referred to as both Veronica Cauliflower & Romanesco Broccoli, this fabulous brassica forms fractals! This hybrid is a vigorous grower with absolutely gorgeous lime green peaked heads comprised of small towering, spiked florets with a milder, sweeter flavour than white cauliflower. They should be eaten when the heads are small. Remains green when cooked. Heat tolerant. Best for fall harvest.

Sow indoors ΒΌ" deep in pots or flats 8 weeks before the last frost. Thin seedlings when 2" tall and transplant into individual pots. Plant outdoors 24" apart in rows 36" apart when a light frost is still possible.
