The cameo has a free form clay design surrounding her.
It has a stonewashed denim blue base color with cream. The accent colors are olive green and brown that swirl and run around the cameo.
The piece is finished on both sides and has a lovely pattern on the backside of it.
It has a horizontal hole 1 to 2 mm.
I hand shape and form each piece out of a high fire paper clay. The paper clay is made using old recycled egg cartons creating a bead that is light and sturdy. (Not nearly as heavy as you think!) Not a lot of breakage with this ceramic piece.
I’ve previously matched these beads with this glaze - Clear Crystal Quartz beads, Golden Rutilated Quartz, and Peacock Freshwater Pearls.
Thanks for looking!

By the way - The lights reflect on the piece because of the glossy finish of the glaze that is on the bead. The picture doesn't do them justice!
