Ships flat, requires simple assembly. Hangs from approximately 3" of luxurious black silk ribbon. Dimensions of the chandelier itself are about 4" x 4" x 2.5"h. Chandelier is natural birch wood. No paints or finishes have been applied, but it has been sanded silky smooth. Small parts, NOT recommended for small children!
