The difference in the other pattern you will receive is that it is shaped differently (wider) over the top of the foot and therefore offers a different strap option. I have this shoe drafted up to 12 months. The Vintage Flair pattern goes up to 2T.
The booties are seamless and therefore reversible, however it is not my preference to make the buttonhole strap option if you plan to use them in reverse. I would stick with the elastic, ribbon, or a velcro version. If you like the fabric strap, a snap works well in reverse.
This pattern has step by step instructions with plenty of pictures. Patterns are computer drafted for exact fit. The pattern comes in sizes newborn, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
