First, the eye-catching charm is in a circular shape and is softly patterned with a relief floral print. It was made, by me, using Precious Metal Clay (or PMC). It is a sturdy and stylish handcrafted piece of fine silver - adding just the right amount of flair. If you are not familiar with PMC and it's unique and special design process - please read below**.
Second, the leather on this bracelet is quite nice. It is hefty and will wear down well. It wraps the wrist five times and is belting lace from India and of high quality. In addition, the color is a satin finished red brown - lightly textured like fine leather often is.
Third, the end clasps that I've added to this bracelet are sterling silver and adjustable. All rings, clips, and clasps have been soldered for extra security and safety. This bracelet is really built to last.
Please convo me if you have any questions. In message to seller PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR WRIST SIZE OR THE APPROXIMATE WRIST SIZE OF THE RECIPIENT. This will ensure a perfect fit when it arrives!
** Precious Metal Clay (also known as PMC):
The charm on this bracelet was hand made by Lisa Sachs using Precious Metal Clay (or PMC). PMC is a soft clay that combines an organic binding material and fine silver (.999 to be exact). To make each unique piece, Lisa first molded and stamped the clay. She then left it to dry for 24 - 48 hours. From there she lightly sanded the rough edges and refined the shape. It was placed and fired in her kiln and baked at extreme temperatures for hours while the binding material burnt away. After the firing only fine silver remained, Lisa scrubbed away the final clay residue, producing the polished fine silver charm you see listed.
