Fabric is cotton lawn and lace.

Bust: 35
Waist: 28
Hips: 50
Length: 55 + 4 foot train
Collar to Sleeve: 5
Sleeve Length: 23
Wrist: 7
Fair condition. I think this lovely dress is completely wearable, but it will need some love first. Here is a list of imperfections, but think of them mostly as small projects.
The 31-button up back is missing one button.
There is an 8-inch rip on the train.
There is some small fraying especially around the bottom of the train and in the armpits.
There is a top of a pen size hole on the top left shoulder.
There is a brown stain on one hip, but there is plenty of fabric, so it could easily be taken in. There is a little bit of brown staining throughout the train.
We have not tried professionally cleaning it yet, so there is hope!
