It's just another routine walk in space for this veteran astronaut. He has been on numerous secret missions for NASA. He recently had his spacecraft named after him... what an honor! He is very well respected among his space boy peers! On this particular afternoon walk, he is collecting star dust to bring back to the lab for analysis. He's found the perfect specimen to study and holds it firmly in his space glove. This one's not getting away.
His mission is two-fold. Along with star collecting, Space Boy will also be taking close-up pictures of the zodiac stars and other constellations in our solar system. Space Boy has kindly made arrangements to include his wonderful constellation diagrams with the purchase of our decal kit. This way, you can perform your own star survey! One last thing. Space Boy has scheduled a press conference upon his return to earth to discuss the alien life he has encountered. He's known for some time that martians do exist. He's prepared to calm fears of any invasions because the foreigners he's befriended are really nice... they come in peace, literally (check out his hand gesture)!

♥ ABOUT OUR VINYL
Our decals are made from a very thin, matte vinyl film that when pressed into surface texture will look expertly hand-painted on your wall. The low-tack adhesive allows for easy residue-free removal without surface damage and is perfect for temporary applications. These decals are removable, but not repositional, so please plan accordingly for your one-time use. Since we cannot guarantee the condition of every surface, we cannot be responsible for any damage that could occur upon removal. Vinyl is waterproof and can be washed/wiped with a soft cloth to clean your designs. Keeping your designs out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures will keep them looking cute for many years indoors and up to 3 years outdoors in weather.
♥ IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DRYING TIME FOR FRESHLY PAINTED WALLS
Many new technology paints on the market now contain a silicone resin additive giving them a very durable, stain repellent quality (perfect for kids’ spaces). As a result, they take much longer to completely cure before the decals will actually stick and stay put. The paint must finish out-gassing before the vinyls are applied, otherwise the decals may bubble and want to release from the wall. Therefore, we are now recommending to our customers that for all freshly painted walls, please wait at least 8-12 weeks before applying decals. Then at that time, start with a small piece to test and see how it’s sticking before applying your entire finished graphic. We've come to the conclusion that it's not really about the kind of paint used, but more about how long it's had to sit and cure... patience is key! All adhesion problems stem from paint that is not completely cured.
♥ SURFACES + TEXTURES
Vinyl sticks best to smooth surfaces such as drywall, glass, windows, mirrors, sinks, bathtubs, appliances, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, driers, furniture, floors, countertops, plastic, laptops, computers, desks, paper, card stock, cardboard, dishes, plates, cups, wood, metal, tile, marble, ceramic + more... be creative! All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease + residues. However, it will also stick to some lightly textured walls as well, but is not guaranteed to stick to every surface.
