This is for a double layered sterling silver discs with your children's names. It is then layered with a silver heart. Two birthstones are dangling from the top

Measurements of bottom disc are 1 inch layered with 3/4 inch disc on top and the silver heart is 1/2 inch.

Comes with an 18 inch or 20 inch sterling silver ball chain.
