This necklace has a 3/4" heavy gauge sterling silver disc, which is personalized with the baby or child's name, and birthstone. The date of birth, or other special date, will be stamped on the sterling silver rectangle. It's accompanied by an adorable sterling silver heart with baby footprints.
During checkout, please use the "note to seller" box to tell me the following:
1. The name/word you would like stamped
2. The lettering style(s) you'd like me to use (see chart)
3. The month of the birthstone (see chart)
4. The date you would like stamped on the rectangle
5. The type of chain and length you would like to have (see below)

*Please remember that this jewelry is handmade, and the letters are stamped by hand, one letter at a time. Therefore the letters will not be perfectly straight/aligned, or always at the same depth in the metal. This is part of the charm and character of this type of jewelry, and what makes every piece unique and different!
