* Your choice of either a birthstone or a Swarovski pearl.
The measurement from the top of the jump ring to the bottom of the foot is approximately 5/8".

1. The letter you would like stamped on the disc
2. The font/lettering you would like me to use (see picture)
3. The birthstone month, or the color of pearl that you would like to have (see chart)
4. Your chain choice (see below)
