Bra Band Size Small is a 32-34, Medium 34-36, Large 36-38 (Bust)
Panties Size Small 34-37,Medium 38-40 and Large 41-45 (Hips)
If you wear an A or B cup with the smaller size and if you wear a C or D cup go up to the larger.
