This is a " Wow!!!" dress...Ceil Chapman was Marilyn Monroe's favorite designer, and this dress makes it easy to understand Why. Everything about it is Over The Top: Gorgeous, rich cobalt blue silk satin, covered in a textural, stitched-on cording, and trimmed top and bottom with rayon fringe. The wide scoop neck settles at the edge of the shoulders. YUm! Yes, this is also called a " Wiggle Dress", and I don't think I need to explain...hehe. There is a back slit to make walking easier. The back has a double layer...what you think is the zipper, is actually a slit that reveals the inner layer that actually hugs your body.
