ENGRAVING (with love...)
1) This reserved listing is to pay for a requested engraving. It does not include a Footed Platte™. You must order one separately.
2) All engravings are placed on the UNDERSIDE of the item by default. We recommend that engravings for Footed Plattes go on the underside to avoid interfering with its use as a cutting board. If you want the engraving to go elsewhere, you must let us know in the note to seller message box upon checkout.
3) Shown is a typical (and very popular!) engraving possibility. Let us know if this is what you want when you check out. Other common requests are for two names with a date, or a family name.
4) Please don't send the specifics of your engraving to us via email or Etsy convo, as this separates your engraving details from your Footed Platte order. You must first buy your Footed Platte, then send us a convo letting us know you would like us to reserve an engraving for you. Once you purchase the engraving, you can put the details in the message to seller area of the engraving purchase.
5) All engraving is done carefully by hand, not using stencils. Please allow for slight imperfections which show the engraving is not created by a machine.
6) All of our products come engraved with a number and our signature underneath.
7) If more complex engraving is required, let us know. Quotations or epigraphs start at $25.
