About Whimsy Pie tutus:
My tutus are hand knotted by me using yards and yards of the softest tulle! Each tutu is made at the time of purchase; you will never receive samples or model worn tutus. My knots are super small and tight, and my waistbands are flat and comfortable – never bulky. The quality elastic waist bands are super stretchy and easy for little ones to get on and off by themselves! Independence rules!
