In this series, pieces are made simply (usually by hand) and with very little decoration so that the process and the clay shows through in the ending product. I enjoy making these because it is incredibly meditative and relaxing.
This set is handmade with a crisp white porcelain. It is an eye-catching white. Each bowl has bunch of little flowers stamped at the bottom. Unlike my other sets, the pieces have no underglazes so the bowls are left unadorned except for the flowers. Together, they look like a white rose blossom. Each bowl is coated with clear glaze on the inside and the outside is left the pure matte finish of untouched porcelain.
These pinch pots are great for decoration or for cooking - set a pinch of this and a pinch of that in each bowl.
