Waist's maximum stretch is 38 inches (don't forget you'll need some room to breathe as well :)
The hips and belly area stretches up to 45 inches.
The thigh area's maximum stretch is 25.5 inches.
If your own measurements are smaller, this size should fit well.
I recommend hand washing in cold water. No machine please.
