This original keepsake is printed on smooth white Mohawk Superfine paper, hand sewn together and bound with extra sturdy book board and beige colored book cloth. A simple swallow is hand silk screened in white on the front cover in the lower right hand corner. The inside covers feature Lokta paper, handmade from the fiber of Nepal's paper plant, Daphne cannabina. All four book corners are protected with nickel brackets and each book contains an Italian cotton ribbon bookmark. With 40 printed pages and over 75 blank pages for mementos, photographs, and journal keeping, this 9” x 9” book provides a way for parents to creatively personalize and record their first experiences with their baby.
