This is a one color linoleum block print / linocut illustrating the knit stitch, the basic stitch of knitting. It is printed on a ivory paper that is slightly lighter than card stock using oil-based letterpress ink.

This print is from a limited edition of 20 signed and numbered prints. It measures approximately 7 x 9 inches.

It will come well packaged to insure that it gets to you safely.

Because the printing is done by hand each print is unique and color and impression may vary from print to print.

Here is a little bit more about my printing process:

All of my linoleum blocks are hand carved and either printed by hand burnishing or on my Vandercook proof press. The Vandercook is a flat bed press that was originally used to make proofs for newspapers and other items being readied for print.
