Materials:
•100 [150] gr DK weight yarn (I used 50% merino wool, 50% acrylic, blend yarn, but I am sure it will look great also with 100% cotton) A colour
•small amount of contrasting colours (also DK weight) B and C colours
•crochet hook 3,5mm (E) or size needed to obtain gauge.
•2 small buttons
•needle
Sizes:
3-6 months and 12-18 months.
If you want to make this top in size 9-12 months, use instructions for 12-18 months, but work with sport weight yarn.
Finished Chest: 16 ½ [23 ½] in. or 42 [60] cm
Finished Length: 9 ½ [12] in. or 24 [30] cm
Stitches used:
ch – chain stitch
dc – double crochet
sc – single crochet
sl st - slip stitch
as special stitch / crossed double crochet
Skill Level: Easy / Intermediate
At the beginning it could be difficult to make crossed dc, but I explain how to make it with step by step description and photos.
