This decadent double-layered skirt is made with 35 yards of luscious light pink and raspberry chiffon, loads of fluff on the bottom tiers and a double face pink satin sash. Each Pettiskirt also features an adjustable, covered waistband which allows you to make the skirt smaller.

Toddler (0-5) Length 9" and Waist 18-24" - While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".
Small (3-5) Length 11" and Waist 18-24" While unstretched, the elastic waistband measures 16" and fully stretched measures 24".
Medium (5-7)Length 11" and Waist 20-28". While unstretched, the elastic waist measures 18" and fully stretched measures 28".
