Your vinyl decals will arrive in three layers.
1. Top layer is the application (sticky) tape, which is used to Transfer the decal onto your surface.
2. Middle layer is the decal itself, which is sandwiched in between the application tape & backing
3. Bottom layer is the backing paper.
Decals can be applied to any clean, smooth and flat surface. Very easy to apply and Remove! Not Reusable. Easy to follow instructions and a sample decal included with purchase.
