Large hand and footprint ceramic plaque with mold kit and shipping

This is for a large plaque, big enough for 2 prints of a child up to 4 yrs, in a circle, square, rectangle or oval shape. Clear glaze (white) with a name stamp and the age on back, hung by a ribbon (or not if you don't want one.) Also available in matte glaze (glossy is shown)

Please include name, age, finish choice, ribbon color choice in "messages to seller" on checkout. Included is a preaddressed/prepaid envelope and doorstep pickup through usps.com for return of molds for your convenience.

All items shipped USPS Priority 2-3 day with tracking included. Please allow 4-8 weeks after my receipt of your molds for delivery of your finished plaque.

Items can be combined for savings on shipping. Makes a great gift-gift certificates available.
