11 x 5.5 incnes across the bottom, 6.5 inches from bottom to top, opening is oval shaped and 7 inches from right to left and 3 inches from front to back.
This bag is in good vintage condition. Made of natural color woven straw that is plastic coated.The bag is accented with a row of white white beads that are woven into the bag. The handle is attached to the large leather flap and securely closes with a lovely goldtone twist lock. The single, articulated wooden handle is also plastic coated.
The interior is a wheat colored linen and has one small pocket of the same material. The manufacturer is unknown.
Now as this is a vintage bag it is not in perfect, new, condition. However, I have carried this purse for a season and received many compliments. The stitching that is around the edge of the leather flap is coming loose in a few areas and missing in a few areas. This is not as noticable on teh outside as it is on the inside.
