Six long strands of Czech glass seed beads, in iridescent gray, link through coordinated gray mother of pearl hoops. This arrangement doubles the glass to 12 strands which are knotted into one big, soft knot to fall right in the center of the front.
The knotted glass focal point, about 7” long, is worn with two adjustable hand-dyed silk ribbons which terminate in a spring clasp and an extension chain. The shortest length this design can be worn is about 16 ½”, or up to just over 18” using the extension.
However, if you want to wear this nice and long, I’ve come up with an adjustment system that can easily double the length of the silk ribbons adding as much as 9 more inches to these pieces. The lower photo shows this design adjusted to 4 different lengths, including shortest and longest.
The ribbon and coordinated hoops are currently available in artisan dyed water color gray. Two other neutral colors of glass beads and a limited edition holiday series are all available as separate listings.
