The perky tilt style hat bears the wartime FLSA label and is comprised of a black wool felt, in the form of a small cap adorned with stylish open loops and ties, and trimmed with small circles of black shimmery sequins.
It has a grosgrain ribbon lining along the inside rim, and a label for "New York Creations" indicating a size "22" on the one side, and "Fair Labor Standard Act" on the other.
Very good condition – clean and intact.
