becoming book purse that I have made yet!
Silver leather book with blood red lettering casts
a Louisana feel to the look of this book purse.
Made just the right size at 7 inches
from top to bottom. 10 inches from side to side.
6 inches for the opening to reach in and drop all your goodies
and with a generous spine of 2 1/2 inches, roomy enough..
The bottom of the purse is lined with a ribbon of gem beads.
The black handle is measures 22 inches from the top of the
purse to the top of the handle. This one is great for wearing
over your shoulder.
I chose a Midnight Black color cotton fabric for the
inside lining which is doubled and sewn together to
make it durable inside. Using the black also really
makes the book showcase itself.
A design style pocket is included to hold all your
small items.
An elastic strap loops around a matching button
to hold everything in your purse nice and snug!
