This bead is self-supporting; there are no core beads, and no need to "fill it up" with seedies when strung. It will keep it's shape no matter what! This bead is similar to the Geode Beaded bead in construction; however it has a very different look to it. Use herringbone and netting stitches to create a barrel-shaped beaded bead, approximately 20x27mm, with a hole that will accommodate up to size 12 wire. String one or more of these beaded beads on a cord or a chain for instant impact, or work them into your own designs. The possibilities are endless! Wouldn't you love to make this bead yourself? My instructions, with complete diagrams and step-by-step directions, make it easy! In order to make this project, you must be an advanced beader, familiar with following diagrams, and able to do herringbone and netting stitches. I will be asking you to do some very interesting and unusual things with these stitches, so get ready!
