FUNCTION: I am so excited to offer a tapestry version of this vest & hood design! Medieval-inspired, stylish and comfortable, and is perfect to wear with any tribal/fusion bellydance, gothic or steampunk look. What makes this design so unique is it's versatility- and the DETACHABLE HOOD so it's up to you how and when you want to wear it. Also, it's so lightweight it's perfect for indoors or outdoors, and easy to pack and travel with as well! This is indeed a great layering piece..whether worn with one layer or lots of layers under it, each way it's worn it creates a new look :)
FABRIC: Vest & hood consists of a wool boucle blend tapestry on the outside and lining is a luxurious sateen. Both vest and hood are fully lined and fused for structure & durability. The tribal buttons are in silver.
FIT: This vest fits over the ribcage and under the bust. It is meant to fit like a corset, cinching the upper waist and lifting the bust. Front closure is velcro for easy on and off. Straps are adjustable in length and can be worn crossed or straight. Elastic back band allows for the perfect fit. Hood buttons on and off.
