Sea salt soap is a one of a kind recipe. Coconut oil makes this soap; however, when used by itself, it can be drying. Thus, the reason avocado and castor oils are added in great quantity, to ensure a soap that does not dry out the skin. Coconut oil makes a very hard, long lasting soap with big bubbly lather. Avocado and castor oils are conditioning oils and keep the skin supple and soft. 48 ounces of oil goes into this soap, along with 48 ounces of fine grade sea salt. This makes a very gentle exfoliating soap.

In my shop, you will discover a few other salt soap varieties. The exfoliation is a tingling sensation rather than a scrub experience.
Handmade soaps are made to last! If you allow them to dry out between uses, your soaps will last a long time. Placing your soap on a slotted soap dish placed away from the tub when not in use is ideal.
