Cerulean Snowpixie is a paper mache folk art snowman crafted by the Polka Dot Pixie. He was hand sculpted over a foam and wood armature and then painted, sealed, antiqued and glittered for a sparkley vintage look. Cerulean Snowpixie is poised upon a hand painted paper mache box.
