The detail is amazing and it's not hollow. Carved details on front and back.
The heart is about 1 inch long and a half of an inch wide. It's a really nice size and is big enough to read but not so huge that it defines your whole look.
This piece comes on 24 inch silver plated clasp chain. It also comes wrapped and in a cotton lined box.
