This nefarious Marquis lends his name to one of our most ambitious and unusual fragrances. De Sade binds you to his thrall with the armoured clutches of black pepper and carrot seed, where the powdery scent of Moroccan rose mingles with the warm, flushed skin of orange blossom and guiacwood. The dry down is a penetrating accord of tobacco blond and intoxicating white cognac.

My oils are made by blending pure essential oils and absolutes (derived from plants, flowers and resins, not synthetic fragrance oils) in a base of jojoba. My ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, and always from plantations that are organic, sustainable or wild.

• Directions: Apply onto clean, dry skin at pulse points (inside of wrists, behind the ears, base of neck and chest). Let it soak gently into the skin.
