After seeing magazine bowls, I was inspired to try the technique, only in miniature, for a series of jewelry pieces in my shop.
This silver-tone ring encases and beautifully displays wrapped paper in a spiral. The layering gives the ring texture, depth and richness in colors. There are several similar pieces (rings and pendants) listed in different color schemes in my shop. If you would like one in a different color than offered, please message me and I'll be glad to put one together for you in a quick fashion.
The diameter is just about 1 inch wide. Please view picture with pencil for size comparison. The band is adjustable from a size 7-9, but I would say runs kind of big and would be worn beautifully and boldly on a pointer or middle finger.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind art piece, so care should be taken while wearing it. With regular wear, as with most jewelry, the glossy surface will begin to show slight imperfections that should not detract from it's continued beauty.
