A subtle sparkle rhinestone punctuates each end letter card. JOY to the WORLD is strung on lovely green satin ribbon and phrase extends over 36 inches, with ample ribbon off each end for ease of hanging.
Sturdy enough to stand up to years of use, this banner is also light enough to be hung up with just scotch tape!
