The Kodak Retinette 1A was a product of the German Kodak AG, produced from 1959 to 1966. The Retineete 1A features; uses 35mm film and has a flash cold shoe. The Pronto Schneider-Kreuznach Reomar 1:2, 8/45mm lens is on this collectible camera. The cameras buttons, levers, dials, and knobs move freely. The shutter fires, no further testing was performed. The plastic winding lever on the button of the camera body is broken off, leaving on the circular part which can still be turned to wind and set the camera. This good condition used camera is old as a collectible and sold as is. This German Kodak Retinette 1A has the serial number EK820253 and was manufactured in the early 1960s (1961 – 1963).
