It zips up the back and has wide fabric straps, decorative laced corset detail at the bust, empire waist seaming and wide flounce around the circumference of the hem.
(The straps attach to the back with coordinating red plastic buttons. The dress does fully zip up, but not on me or the mannequin.)
The attached fabric belt ties in the back.

No size listed. I generally wear a medium, or a size 8 - 10, as far as dresses go and was unable to zip this up. (There's very little if any give to the fabric; plus the corset detail at the bust is purely decorative and doesn't allow for any extra width.) I'd estimate this to be between an extra small or small; probably comparable to a modern size 2.
(No washing instructions listed. I washed it in cold water on the delicate cycle and hung it up to dry & it came out just fine.)
