tools and materials:
3 balls Knit Picks palette (or other fingering weight) yarn- 2 balls in color A (I used Serrano) and one in color B (I used Cream). You may only need one ball of color A, depending on the.. intensity of your pompom. Each ball of Knit Picks palette is 231 yards and 50 g. total weight of the finished hat is 78g.
tools: one size 1 (2.25mm) 16 inch circular needle, one set of four size 1 (2.25mm) double pointed needles, stitch markers, needle to weave in ends, some scraps of cardboard and scissors to make pompom.
