Up for sale is a vintage 1910-1915 Art Nouveau era necklace done in a silver gilt metal with green, square cut glass that emulates jade or chrysophase and has links of stamped roses and flowers.
MARKINGS: None but there is a similar one pictured in Roseann Ettinger's "Popular Jewelry 1840-1940" on page 53 with a price tag of $95 to $135.
ITEM DESCRIPTION: The necklace is a pendant style necklaces that is suspended by links of stamped roses and etched ribbons. The total measurement from end to end is 16 1/2" and it has a spring ring clasp. The measurement of the pendant is 1 3/4" x 1 1/2". The green glass emulates jade or chrysophase and is bezel set.
CONDITION: The condition is excellent for its age with some light wear or patina to the metal. It is a bit tarnished as I have only given it a light cleaning so it may need a gentle cleaning.
