I love old keys - especially when they are hanging in a bunch like this. I find myself imagining where they came from, and what they kept secure - perhaps a secret room, a box of treasures, a dark cellar.....
I have lightly cleaned up these keys, which are hung together just as I found them in the antique shop, so they have a lovely vintage finish and patina to them. They are hung on a long, silver plated belcher chain with clasp.
The keys measure approx 2.5” / 6.5cm long and the key ring adds another 1.5” / 4cm to the length. Chain is approx 28" / 71cm total length.
