I ruffled plaid striped cotton fabric and created a large size flower that is reinforced with eco-friendly felt made from recycled plastic bottles. There is a pin in the back that is on the top so that it will sit evenly on whatever you put it on. Also you can see there is hair clip too to use in your hair.
