The Asian people believe that the world revolved around yin and yang (fire and water) while the Ancient Greeks believed it revolved around the four elements: water, fire, air, and earth. Blue stands for water, red for fire, the browns on the ground stand for earth, and the whites in the sky stand for air. The significance of this piece shows the balance of nature, and the power to make new energy from these.
The pendant, outlined with a silver tone bezel cup for the slightest detail, is attached to a 60cm black ball chain. The locket has a decorative front and plain back, and has an interior that can hold two photos most dear to you.
The pendant itself is surrounded with an antique silver locket setting, with the art carefully set behind a crystal clear glass dome, sealed to protect against moisture. The locket whole is 50x40mm, and the glass dome is 40x30mm. The pendant hangs approximately 30cm down from the neck; however, the chain can always be tailored to suit your length, just leave a note or convo at checkout.
Every necklace is handmade directly from our shop and is printed with highly detailed Archival giclee print and archival ink, so that you can see every detail to the final touch. The necklace is packaged in a pretty little gift box, set on a soft piece of white cotton.
