I have personally verified this pattern is COMPLETE. The top had been cut but the bottom pieces for the dress can easily be reattached, to use the pattern for the dress. The pants are uncut. The pattern is in excellent condition.
The pattern envelope is wrinkled at the corners from storage and there is a faint store stamp on the envelope front.
