The yellow-white-blue-red color scheme of this vintage fabric is classic, and the underside is super duper soft to boot.
The circle skirt shape makes it impossible not to spin.
In fact, I love this fabric SO much I not only made this sweet skirt you see here, but I also made myself a whole dress out of it (peter pan collar and all)!

The waist is 30" or 76cm, and is lined on the inside with vintage lace.
The length is exactly 18", or 45.5cm.
So much fun to wear you won't want to take it off!
(NOTE: Skirt was pinned to fit the model for this photo shoot, and is shown with a bouffant petticoat, which does not come with the skirt... but is highly encouraged!)
