Our goat milk fudges are made with milk produced by our own goats. We never use milk purchased from a grocery store because that milk has a strong flavor. We pay strict attention to the diet that the girls get, so that they provide us with a product that has a subtile flavor.
Fudge will last for weeks in a cool closed container, or months in the freezer.
