I love the look of old mirrors. The kind they used to make with mercury and the way they look over time because of the wonderful patina they develop.
This ring reminds me of that patina.
A 12mm rose cut cabochon of clear quartz has been set into an entirely handmade of sterling silver setting. The shank is plain and high polished. I have high polished the silver behind the stone so that the light reflects through. It is a lovely effect.
