Most of these buttons are old. They have been recovered from local estate sales ( Arkansas) flea markets and yard sales. These vintage buttons are from the days when people bought there fabric and made there own clothes. ( I know my grandma did). In the "old days". people would remove their buttons from old garments and save them in a button jar. If you do not have a button jar jet, I invite you to buy this pack and start one., You might also add buttons to : Nostalgic photo albums, picture frames or pillows, the possibilities are endless.
